Conservation Commission Seeking One New Member
The Conservation Commission invites interested individuals to learn more about serving on it by contacting Chair Dave Johnson or Agent Nic Pietroniro. Becket Washington Community Partnership (BWCP) News—March 2026
The Yoked Parish of Becket raised $1,600 for its Community Emergency Outreach Fund through a Valentine’s Day event. In March the Becket Arts Center features various creative and wellness activities, including yoga and photography talks. The Athenaeum will host a discussion with Senator Paul Mark on the meaning of revolution on March 23.
Solar/Battery Energy Storage System Update
Becket has received multiple proposals for solar farms with Battery Energy Storage Systems—with the potential to transform over 100 acres of forested land. Residents are encouraged to attend an informational session for updates.
